On Saturday, May 7, 2011 my daughter went to the Junior/Senior Prom for Covina High School. It was kind of a bitter sweet day for me. It was so special for me to see what a beautiful young lady she is becoming yet it was difficult to let her go. As a mom you want to keep them young forever....unfortunately that's not possible. We gave her a curfew and waited patiently in the evening for her to come home safe. As promised (by her date) she was home on time. She had a great time! To see her light up talking about how much fun she had was priceless. Her is a picture of her before the evening began. It's hard to believe she's only 16 especially when I look at this picture of her. She looked amazing! 
This is the group of girls that went together in the "party bus" along with their dates to the Covina High School Prom at the Queen Mary, Long Beach.
